Trail Race: a connect-the-dots game for focus and flexibility

Switching speed

Connect the circles in order β€” fast!

β–Ά Play Trail Race

Circles are scattered on the screen. Your child taps them in order β€” 1, 2, 3… β€” drawing a trail as they go.

This trains visual scanning speed, and from level 5 switching between numbers and letters (1, A, 2, B…), which trains flexible thinking.

Trails grow from 6 to 20 circles, and the alternating trail uses the alphabet of the chosen language.

How to play

  1. Find 1 and tap it.
  2. Then tap 2, 3, 4… to draw a trail.
  3. Later, switch: 1 β†’ A β†’ 2 β†’ B β†’ 3…
  4. Go as fast as you can!

Why it helps

Based on the Trail Making Test, parts A and B. Grown-ups can see trail times and the extra time for switching.

πŸ’‘ Make a chalk trail outside with numbers and letters, and race to step on them in order.
